The Kramer RC-74DL(G) is the grey-finish variant of the 12-button KNET and Ethernet control keypad with LCD displays and volume knob, designed for in-wall installation in conference rooms, boardrooms, and auditoriums where room aesthetics call for a neutral grey faceplate. Functionally identical to the RC-74DL(B), it delivers the same RS-232, KNET, Ethernet, IR, relay, and GPI/O control capabilities in a 3-gang US wall box form factor. AV integrators specify the grey finish for spaces where grey electrical hardware, grey wall plates, or neutral-tone room furnishings are the design standard. All programming, configuration, and control platform compatibility is shared with the full RC-74DL family.

What is the difference between RC-74DL(G) and RC-74DL(B) / RC74DL(W)?
All three are functionally identical. The only difference is the faceplate finish: (B) is black, (G) is grey, and (W) is white. Choose the finish that matches the room's wall plate and electrical hardware color scheme.
Does the RC-74DL(G) require a separate power supply?
Yes. The unit runs on 12V DC, 570mA. A power supply is included. It does not support PoE — for PoE-powered keypads, see the Kramer RC-306 or RC-308 series.
Can this keypad be part of a multi-room Kramer system?
Yes. Via its Ethernet port and Kramer Site-CTRL compatibility, multiple RC-74DL units across a facility can be centrally monitored and managed. KNET connectivity also allows integration with Kramer master controllers and auxiliary keypads within the same space.
