The Kramer K-CAM4K is a commercial-grade 4K PTZ camera designed for large meeting spaces, conference rooms, boardrooms, and auditoriums where Ultra-HD video capture and precise pan-tilt-zoom control are required for video conferencing and hybrid collaboration. It delivers 4K@30fps over HDMI, 3G-SDI, USB 3.0, and IP streaming outputs simultaneously, giving AV integrators maximum flexibility when routing camera feeds to conferencing codecs, matrix switchers, and recording systems. The 71-degree wide-angle lens and ±170° pan / ±30° tilt range provide complete spatial coverage of medium to large rooms with 12x optical zoom and 16x digital zoom for accurate close-up framing of presenters and whiteboards. With 255 programmable preset positions, the K-CAM4K supports rapid, repeatable camera movements across all standard AV control platforms via RS-232, RS-485, and IP.

Product Description

The K-CAM4K uses a 1/2.5-inch, 8.51 megapixel CMOS sensor with 2D and 3D digital noise reduction (DNR), delivering sharp, low-noise images in the variable lighting conditions typical of conference rooms and classrooms. The built-in gravity sensor automatically corrects image orientation when the camera is ceiling- or wall-mounted, simplifying installation in both standard and inverted configurations. Multiple simultaneous outputs — HDMI 1.4, 3G-SDI, USB 3.0 Type-B, and RJ-45 IP streaming — allow a single camera to feed a conferencing codec, local display, recording system, and IP distribution endpoint concurrently. Control is available via the included IR remote, OSD menu, RS-232 (VISCA, Pelco-D, Pelco-P protocols), RS-485, or embedded web pages over Ethernet — making the K-CAM4K compatible with Kramer Control and virtually all third-party AV control systems. The included wall bracket kit enables standard mounting at the front of the room above the display. An optional 5-year warranty (K-CAM4K-5YW) is available for organizations requiring extended coverage.
