Product Overview
The K-Array Pinnacle KR802PW II is a white passive stereo column line array system for houses of worship, auditoriums, and light architectural interiors that require rack-based amplification. The package pairs four white Kayman-KY102 stainless steel column line array elements and two passive Thunder-KS4P I dual 18-inch subwoofers with the included Kommander-KA104 four-channel DSP amplifier. With all power and processing centralized in the 2U rack amplifier, this passive column array suits professionally managed commercial AV installations where electronics live in a secure equipment room. Mounting hardware is included for ground-stacked or freestanding stereo arrays.
Product Description
The white finish lets the KR802PW II disappear into sanctuaries, performing arts venues, and bright corporate all-hands rooms while still delivering concert-level output. Each Kayman-KY102 column houses eight 4-inch neodymium drivers in a slim 4.6-inch-wide stainless steel enclosure, built with K-array's Pure Array Technology for controlled vertical dispersion, 90-degree horizontal coverage, and long-throw intelligibility. Two columns per side stand on the two Thunder-KS4P I dual 18-inch subwoofers, which extend the system down to 30 Hz at up to 141 dB max SPL.

Power and processing come from the included Kommander-KA104, a 2U stainless steel Class D amplifier rated 4 x 2500 W at 4 ohms with a complete onboard DSP: input gain, routing matrix, delay, full parametric IIR filters, factory loudspeaker presets, and remote monitoring. The KA104 connects over XLR analog, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and USB, and K-array publishes control plugins for Q-SYS, Crestron, Control4, Kramer, RTI, Savant, and Symetrix — a practical advantage for integrators tying the system into an existing control backbone. Four K-JOINT3 adjustable joints and two K-FOOT3 bases are included. The same system is available in black as the KR802P II; browse the full K-Array collection at Creation Networks for related amplifiers and accessories.
Key Features
- Architectural White Finish — Factory white columns and subwoofers blend into sanctuaries, auditoriums, and light-toned interiors without compromising output.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the amplifier included with the KR802PW II?
Yes. The Kommander-KA104 four-channel Class D amplifier with DSP (4 x 2500 W at 4 ohms) ships with the system and carries the factory presets required to drive the KY102 columns and KS4P I subwoofers.
How does this differ from the white powered KR802W II?
The KR802W II uses a self-powered KS4 I subwoofer with onboard amplification, while the KR802PW II is fully passive with two KS4P I subwoofers powered by the included rack-mounted KA104. Choose this passive version when electronics must be centralized in an equipment room.
Can the system integrate with Q-SYS, Crestron, or other control platforms?
Yes. K-array publishes control plugins for Q-SYS, Crestron, Crestron Home, Control4, Kramer, RTI, Savant, and Symetrix, giving integrators direct access to the KA104's DSP and routing from common commercial control systems.
How is the system tuned and monitored after installation?
The K-array Connect mobile app provides remote control of main DSP parameters, while K-Framework3 software supports design, tuning, and monitoring of networked units over wired Ethernet for larger installations.
Are flying or wall-mount options available for the white columns?
Yes. In addition to the included K-JOINT3 joints and K-FOOT3 bases for ground-stacked arrays, K-array offers the K-FLY3 fly bar and K-WALL2 wall mount as optional accessories for suspended and wall-mounted configurations.
What warranty applies, and who supports the purchase?
K-array products are covered by a 5-year manufacturer warranty, and Creation Networks provides quoting, AV system design assistance, and post-sale support for commercial buyers.
