The high-impact ABS exterior over a 1/4" wood frame is reinforced with steel corners and aluminum trim on all edges and impact zones, delivering structural rigidity for multi-leg commercial freight. The main projector cavity foam is cut to the exact profile of the specified projector model. The independent lens compartment provides its own foam cushioning layer, keeping the lens assembly fully isolated from the projector body during handling and vibration. A combination lock provides transit security. Tilt wheels and an extension handle support single-operator movement across freight facilities and event floors.
