The JBL VTX B15G Compact Subwoofer delivers premium low-frequency performance in a compact, tour-ready footprint, extending the power of VTX full-range sound reinforcement systems. Designed for rental companies, touring acts, theaters, houses of worship, and other professional audio applications, the B15G provides the sonic impact of larger subwoofers while saving valuable stage and transport space.
Featuring a high-performance 15-inch Differential Drive® woofer with dual voice coils and dual gap neodymium magnets, the B15G combines long excursion capability with enhanced cooling, ensuring consistent performance during high-output events. Proprietary SlipStream™ double-flared low-frequency ports reduce turbulence and extend bass response, while allowing the system to produce clear, powerful lows in compact enclosures. The B15G supports both omnidirectional and cardioid array configurations, making it versatile for a range of audio setups. Front and rear NL4 speakON® connectors simplify cable management, and a rear panel switch allows channel selection for minimal cabling.
Constructed from exterior-grade birch plywood with a black DuraFlex™ impact-resistant finish, the B15G is built to withstand the rigors of touring and outdoor installations. Its IP55 rating, metal components with anti-corrosion coatings, and robust powder-coated steel grille ensure reliability under demanding conditions. Compatible with VTX A6 and A8 arrays, the B15G can be used in flown or ground-stacked configurations when paired with the appropriate base plate accessory.
