The JBL AM7215/26 is a high-performance 2-way, full-range loudspeaker engineered to deliver exceptional sound clarity, power, and coverage. Designed with professional installations in mind, it incorporates JBL’s Differential Drive 2265H 15-inch low-frequency driver and the 2432H high-frequency compression driver, resulting in reliable output across a broad frequency spectrum. With its large Progressive Transition™ (PT) waveguide, the system ensures a wide 120° x 60° coverage pattern and outstanding off-axis response, making it ideal for venues requiring precise sound reinforcement.
The rotatable waveguide allows for both vertical and horizontal orientations, providing installation flexibility across diverse environments. Built for durability, the enclosure is constructed from multi-ply birch plywood coated with JBL’s rugged DuraFlex™ finish. A 14-gauge steel grille, lined with acoustically transparent foam, protects the drivers while maintaining a professional aesthetic. Fifteen integrated M10 threaded mounting points provide multiple rigging options, making the system well-suited for permanent installations.
The AM7215/26 can operate in either passive or bi-amp mode at the flip of a switch, allowing integrators to choose the setup that best matches their system design. With its combination of power handling up to 2400W peak, controlled coverage, and rugged design, the AM7215/26 is perfect for auditoriums, performing arts centers, houses of worship, clubs, sports facilities, and entertainment venues where consistent, high-output audio performance is required.
