The Control HST is a 2-way on-wall speaker engineered to solve the inconsistent coverage that affects conventional wall-mounted models. Its patent-pending design pairs a wall-facing 5.25-inch (133 mm) CMMD ceramic-metal-matrix woofer with two splayed 0.75-inch fluid-cooled tweeters and a tapered cabinet that spaces the driver off the wall, reducing the primary wall reflection for a flatter response and consistent tonal balance across the room. As a wide-dispersion commercial speaker, it delivers 180° x 160° coverage at low frequencies (160° x 150° averaged), a 50 Hz–20 kHz range, and 100 W continuous power handling (400 W peak) with a maximum SPL of 108 dB (114 dB peak) in 8-ohm mode. A 60 W multi-tap transformer provides selectable 70V/100V taps (60/30/15/7.5 W) plus an 8-ohm direct setting, so this 70V/100V wall speaker integrates into distributed or low-impedance systems. The fiberglass-reinforced ABS enclosure and painted aluminum grille carry an IP54 rating for humidity, salt-spray, and UV resistance, and an included U-bracket sets the correct wall spacing with secondary safety points and a locking euro-block connector for loop-through wiring.
