The Control 25AV uses a deep cabinet, high-power components, and a complex crossover network to achieve smooth, high-fidelity performance from a compact two-way design. It pairs a 130 mm (5.25 in) polypropylene-coated woofer with a 10 mm (0.75 in) titanium-coated, horn-loaded tweeter providing a 100-degree by 100-degree high-frequency pattern. A 60 W transformer allows connection to 70V or 100V lines, with an 8-ohm thru option for low-impedance use, and SonicGuard overload protection guards the loudspeaker during sustained output. Video shielding permits installation near monitors, and a stainless steel grille suits demanding environments.
