Product Overview
The James Loudspeaker TKAD-4-E is a required accessory adaptor for the TK4S straight-through toe-kick series used to finish Powerpipe subwoofer installations. It completes the mechanical and acoustic connection between a TK4S straight-through toe-kick grille and the concealed Powerpipe subwoofer behind the wall. This adaptor is a necessary install component for any TK4S straight-through toe-kick deployment in residential or commercial AV cabinetry.
Product Description
The TKAD-4-E adaptor is specified for use with the TK4S series, where a straight-through vent path passes directly through wall framing to a hidden Powerpipe subwoofer. Without this adaptor, the TK4S straight-through toe kick cannot be properly coupled to the Powerpipe's 4-inch vent path, so it is a required part of those installs rather than an optional upgrade. As a passive mechanical accessory it carries no electronics and simply ensures a correct, finished connection in the concealed subwoofer path.
