The Jabra Link 950 USB-A connects a USB headset simultaneously to a desk phone and a softphone-equipped workstation, routing call audio and control through the headset regardless of which device receives the call. When the desk phone rings, audio routes to the headset automatically; when a softphone call arrives via the computer, the same headset handles it without any manual switching by the user.
