Onsite Installation with Qualified Installation Technician - 1 Day
A full day onsite with a qualified Creation Networks installation technician — $1,500. Our tech comes to your site to install, set up and test your AV system, working alongside your team.
Before install day
- One-hour kickoff session with your team
- Review of equipment, tools and parts so everything is on site when we arrive
- Help reading the system and architectural drawings
On site
- Installation and troubleshooting of any problems that come up
- One-hour closeout with final system setup and recommended starting settings
- A best-practice functional test, walked through with your team
- We act as the far end of audio and video calls to check quality outside the room
- Closeout Q&A with your technician
Need more time? Extra hours are $190/hour, with a 15-minute grace period on the first two hours.
