The ID1330 features a 13.3-inch fully laminated IPS panel at 1920x1080 Full HD resolution with 88% NTSC color coverage and a brightness of 300 cd/m². Lamination eliminates the air gap between the glass surface and the display panel, so the pen tip appears to land exactly where it touches — an important factor for precise annotation, technical drawing, and digital art. The panel delivers 178-degree horizontal and vertical viewing angles, making it easy to share work with collaborators seated alongside you.

The included battery-free electromagnetic pen supports 8,192 levels of pressure sensitivity and up to 60-degree tilt recognition, allowing natural variation in line weight and shading. With a report rate of 266 PPS and accuracy rated at ±0.25mm, strokes register with minimal latency. The pen requires no charging and is ready to use at all times — a practical advantage during long annotation or design sessions.

Six physical express keys sit along the left edge of the device, each fully customizable through the ViewSonic Pen Manager software (available for Windows and macOS). Map frequently used commands — undo, save, zoom, tool toggles — to reduce reliance on an external keyboard. Connectivity is handled by two USB 3.1 Type-C ports, so a single cable transmits video, audio, and data simultaneously.
