Product Description

The H655-BG Zoom Room Console from Heckler Design is a commercial-grade mount that positions an Apple iPad mini 6th generation as the Zoom Rooms touch controller in a compact conference room or huddle space. The Black Grey anodized aluminum construction is built for permanent installation and is consistent with Heckler's standard conference room product finish. Unlike the H656-BG, the H655-BG does not include PoE power or Ethernet adapter hardware, making it the right choice for installations where power and data connectivity are already provided at the mount location through separate infrastructure. The iPad mini 6th gen's compact 8.3-inch display makes this Zoom Room console an excellent fit for small conference rooms, focus rooms, and phone booths where a full-size iPad console would be disproportionate to the room or display. Zoom Rooms software running on the iPad mini 6th gen provides the complete Zoom Rooms touch controller experience. The H655-BG positions the iPad mini at the ergonomic angle expected for a Zoom Rooms console. AV integrators deploying Zoom Rooms in small rooms with existing power and Ethernet at the console location will find the H655-BG the appropriate SKU. For single-cable PoE deployments, the H656-BG with Power and Data is recommended.
