The Extron XTP II CP 4i HD 4K PLUS is a four-input matrix board that brings local HDMI source connectivity to an Extron XTP CrossPoint or XTP II CrossPoint matrix switcher. This XTP II CP 4i HD 4K PLUS input board accepts signals from up to four local HDMI sources and supports HDMI 2.0b performance at resolutions up to 4K/60 with 4:4:4 chroma sampling at data rates up to 18 Gbps, with full HDCP 2.3 compliance. Support for 4K/60 at 4:4:4 requires installation in an XTP II CrossPoint frame.

Alongside its four HDMI inputs, the board provides four balanced/unbalanced analog stereo audio inputs with audio breakaway capability for switching and distribution flexibility. Analog audio signals are digitized to two-channel PCM digital audio for independent routing within the system, and stereo audio can be embedded into the signal stream for distribution alongside video. Incoming signals can be switched to an XTP output board for local or remote signal distribution.
