Extron XTP DTP 24P/100 100' (30.4 m) Plenum
Extron XTP DTP 24P Series cables are precision‑terminated CMP plenum‑rated, shielded twisted pair cables that optimize signal transmission and facilitate cabling of Extron XTP Systems® and DTP® Systems. The cables are factory-terminated with Extron XTP DTP 24 Plugs and molded strain reliefs. The cables are constructed with Extron XTP DTP 24 bulk cable, which is certified to 475 MHz bandwidth at distances up to 330 feet (100 meters), and has been independently tested and verified to meet performance requirements set by the HDBaseT Alliance. In addition, XTP DTP 24P Series is engineered and tested to exceed HDMI error rate specifications of less than one pixel per billion at 100 meters.
Extron XTP DTP 24P Plenum‑rated Shielded Twisted Pair cables provide added protection from outside interference and ensures high quality signal transmission. The cables utilize an SF/UTP design with four unshielded 24 AWG twisted pair conductors inside an overall braid and foil shield.
To complete an XTP or DTP system cable infrastructure, Extron recommends use of Extron-certified XTP DTP Punch Down Jacks and Couplers, available in packages of 10, or in pre‑populated AAP - Architectural Adapter Plate, MAAP - Mini Architectural Adapter Plate, and WPD - wallplate-decorator-style form factor wallplates. In the event of cable damage after installation, XTP DTP 24 cables are easy to re‑terminate. The CTU 45 Universal RJ-45 Termination Tool is a rugged and durable crimp instrument used for terminating Extron XTP DTP 24 cables with Extron XTP DTP 24 Plugs.
