Product Description

The Extron IN1808 series is a family of eight-input 4K/60 seamless presentation switchers designed for conference rooms, training rooms, and smaller AV spaces that need compact, high-performance switching at 4K/60 with 4:4:4 color sampling across all inputs and outputs. The 8x2 matrix routes four HDMI, two DisplayPort, and two DTP2 inputs to one non-scaled HDMI output and one independently scaled DTP2 output, with the Vector 4K engine providing seamless switching, freeze effects, and per-output resolution control. DTP2 outputs extend 4K/60 video, audio, and RS-232 up to 330 feet over shielded CAT 6A cable to DTP2 endpoints and HDBaseT displays. ProDSP delivers 32/64-bit floating point audio processing with four-channel AEC, eight-group automixer, and four mic/line inputs with 48V phantom power. IPCP Q models include the IPCP Pro 355MQ xi quad-core control processor with 2 GB RAM, 8 GB Flash, and a three-port isolated AV LAN switch.
