As a standalone room scheduling panel, it mounts outside meeting-room doors and connects directly to popular calendar services for real-time meeting-room booking, with no additional scheduling software or external processors required. A vibrant 1280x800 capacitive edge-to-edge Corning Gorilla Glass touchscreen resists scratches and smudges, while two bright red and green LEDs make it easy to see whether a room is occupied or available from down the hall. The white finish blends into light-toned corporate, education, and healthcare interiors.

This 10-inch wall mount room scheduling panel connects to Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Google Calendar, 25Live, EMS, NFS, and Ad Astra, supporting on-demand reservations from the panel, a computer, or any smartphone or tablet.
