It attaches the panel to the vertical frame separating a door opening from the adjacent glass wall, which is typically the only mounting surface available in a glass-fronted meeting room. The low-profile design projects less than 4 inches from the mullion and leaves the panel's side LED status indication visible from both approaches. Black and aluminum matte finishes are available to match common door frame systems.

Product Description

Glass-fronted rooms leave nowhere to put a scheduling panel except the mullion. That frame member is narrow, often structural, and visible from both inside and outside the room, so the mount has to be dimensionally correct and visually restrained. The MMK 5 is designed for that condition and sized for the TLS 835M specifically.

Projection from the frame is under 4 inches, which keeps the installed panel within ADA protrusion limits for objects in circulation paths. In a corridor lined with meeting rooms, that constraint applies to every panel, so it is worth confirming during design rather than at inspection.

From outside the room, the mount's proportions are intended to blend with the panel and the mullion rather than read as separate hardware. The panel's edge LED indication stays visible on both sides after mounting, so someone walking the corridor still gets room status without stopping to read the screen.

The kit ships in black or aluminum matte to match door hardware and storefront framing. Where the panel needs upward tilt to read properly at ADA mounting height, add the optional MMK 5/6 Angle Brackets. For the larger 10.1 inch Extron TLS 1035M, specify the MMK 6.
