Product Description

By default, the SMP 351 400 GB composites its two encoding windows into a single output file. This LinkLicense changes that behavior so the processor records Channel A and Channel B as two independent MP4 files, and streams two independent videos in Dual Record mode — useful when a customer needs the presenter camera and the content/slide feed captured and published as separate assets, and the larger 400 GB internal drive gives more headroom for longer recording archives before offloading. The same license also unlocks advanced audio DSP capabilities on the unit, including level control, filtering, and dynamics processing, improving recorded audio quality without an external DSP box in the rack. Because it is a software entitlement, the upgrade is installed via the SMP's embedded configuration page and takes effect immediately — no card swap or hardware downtime.
