The Extron IN1604 DTP is a compact HDCP-compliant scaler with three HDMI inputs, one universal analog video input, and a DTP twisted pair output on RJ-45 for signal extension up to 330 feet over shielded CATx — in a 1U half-rack enclosure. It delivers fast and reliable auto-switching, a high-performance scaling engine, audio processing, and multiple control options for installation beneath conference tables or in lecterns. Product Description
The IN1604 DTP is designed for localized source switching in conference tables, lecterns, and under-table AV installations where three HDMI and one analog video source must be switched and scaled to a remote display via DTP signal extension. The universal 15-pin HD analog input accepts RGBHV, component, S-Video, and composite signals without adapters. Auto-switching detects new connections and switches automatically, making it ideal for unmanaged installations. The high-performance scaling engine handles resolutions from 640x480 through 1920x1200 and 1080p/60. Audio processing includes embedding, de-embedding, and level control. Control is via Ethernet, RS-232, USB, and contact closure. Available at Creation Networks.
