At the core of the DTP3 CrossPoint 622 IPCP A is the Extron IPCP Pro 360MQ xi control processor, which features 2 GB RAM and 8 GB of onboard flash storage and manages all system automation, scheduling, and device control from within the same chassis. A built-in 3-port AV LAN switch with PoE+ powers and connects room touch panels, occupancy sensors, and networked AV devices without requiring a separate network switch in the rack.

All inputs and outputs support resolutions up to 4K/60 4:4:4, and every output is independently driven by Extron Vector 4K scaling with logo keying, ensuring consistent image quality regardless of source resolution. The integrated ProDSP 64-bit audio digital signal processor provides eight channels of acoustic echo cancellation (AEC), enabling clean conferencing audio in rooms where the display is also used as a speakerphone source. Four microphone/line inputs with 48V phantom power allow direct connection of wired condenser microphones without a separate preamp or mixer.
