Product Overview

The Epson ELPHD02 is an HDBaseT transmitter and control pad that sends audio, video, and control signals to a compatible Epson PowerLite L-series or Pro L laser projector over a single CAT-6 cable. It lets an integrator place sources away from the projector and still switch inputs and power the projector on and off from the transmitter. With two HDMI inputs plus USB-A/B connectivity, the ELPHD02 HDBaseT transmitter simplifies long-run AV cabling in meeting rooms, lecture halls, and large venues. This wall-mountable control pad consolidates source switching and projector control into one device.

Product Description

Epson ELPHD02 HDBaseT transmitter and control pad

HDBaseT carries uncompressed HD video, audio, and control over a single shielded twisted-pair cable, which removes the need to run separate HDMI and control wiring across a room. The ELPHD02 accepts two HDMI sources and provides USB-A and USB-B connectivity, then transmits the selected signal to the projector's HDBaseT input over CAT-6. Buttons on the transmitter switch between HDMI sources and toggle projector power, so an operator controls the display from the lectern or equipment location rather than at the projector itself. Because everything travels on one network-grade cable, the box is well suited to ceiling-mounted projectors where pulling multiple long HDMI runs is impractical. It is compatible with Epson PowerLite L-series laser projectors such as the L510U, L520U, L530U, L610U, L630U, L690-series, L730U, and L770U, as well as Pro L large-venue models including the Pro L1060U, L1070U, and L1075U families that carry an HDBaseT port. For a compatible projector, see the Epson Pro L large-venue laser projector or browse the full Epson projector lineup. Confirm your projector model carries an HDBaseT input before ordering.
