The Extron DTP DVS 605 is a five-input HDCP-compliant video scaler with three HDMI and two universal analog video inputs, simultaneous HDMI and analog RGB/component outputs, true seamless switching with cut or dissolve transitions for inputs 1–4, and picture-in-picture. Product Description

The DVS 605 family integrates digital and analog video sources in presentation and conferencing environments where diverse source formats must be scaled, switched, and routed to displays. The two universal 15-pin HD analog inputs auto-detect RGBHV, component video, S-video, and composite video. Three HDMI inputs support HDCP 1.4/2.3 with EDID Minder and Key Minder for reliable HDCP compliance and fast switching. The advanced scaling engine handles resolutions from 640x480 through 1920x1200 and 1080p/60 with 30-bit precision and motion-adaptive deinterlacing for signals up to 1080i. Seamless cut or dissolve transitions are available for inputs 1–4. The PIP picture-in-picture mode supports any two sources on inputs 1–4 with adjustable size and position. The DTP model extends the HDMI signal as a DTP twisted pair output to a remote display or DTP receiver up to 330 feet. Control via Ethernet, RS-232, USB, and contact closure.
