Product Overview
The DBX ZC-6 is a wall-mounted zone controller for dbx ZonePRO distributed audio processors, providing push-button volume up/down controls for simple in-room level adjustment in ZonePRO 640/641/1260/1261 installations. The ZC-6 delivers the most straightforward volume control interface in the ZC controller line, making it ideal for locations where users should only be able to raise or lower the audio level, with no source switching or muting capability.
Product Description
The DBX ZC-6 is a purpose-built volume controller for commercial distributed audio zones. Its two push buttons - volume up and volume down - allow incremental level adjustment within the limits configured in the ZonePRO processor for that zone, preventing users from raising volume beyond system-set thresholds. The restricted control set makes the ZC-6 suitable for public-facing locations like hotel rooms, classroom zones, and retail areas where full audio control access is not appropriate. The ZC-6 installs in a standard single-gang electrical box and connects to the ZonePRO via CAT5 or CAT5E cable. Up to six ZC-6 controllers can share a single zone output in series or parallel wiring with a ZC-BOB. Available at Creation Networks.
