The USB-EXT-2-LOCAL-1G-B provides the wall plate format for these installations, mounting in a standard single-gang wall box with a black finish that matches adjacent data and control wall plates. The single RJ45 jack on the wall plate connects to the Cat5e or Cat6 cable running to the remote module at the conference table or device location. All USB 2.0 extension performance characteristics are identical to the standard USB-EXT-2-LOCAL.
