If a replacement device is needed during the warranty period, Crestron issues a rapid advance replacement unit before the defective unit is returned, minimizing disruption. Subscribers are also offered a discounted, all-inclusive daily rate for on-site support with no hidden travel or expense charges. Plans must be purchased within 90 days of Crestron's shipment of the covered system, and coverage may be extended by purchasing additional subscription terms before the active plan expires.
