Product Description
UC-FLEXCARE-C is a subscription support plan available for terms of one year or longer. It extends Crestron's standard limited warranty from three years to a period of up to five years for all Crestron-branded hardware included in the covered Flex conference system, provided continuous Crestron Flex Care coverage is maintained. The total period of coverage can be extended up to five years from the purchase date of the covered system.
The plan must be purchased within 90 days of Crestron's shipment of the covered Flex conference system, and benefits expire if continuous coverage is not maintained. The extended warranty applies to Crestron-branded components; Crestron's standard limited warranty applies to third-party branded components such as the UC Engine and standalone cameras.
