Product Overview
The Crestron SSW-MUMK is a mullion mount kit that lets an SIW-100 Room Availability Status Indicator or an SSW Series Room Availability Hallway Sign attach to the mullion of an interior glass wall, window, or partition. It mounts to the left or right inside surface of a typical vertical, hollow metallic mullion. A multi-surface mounting option is also included, allowing the device to be adhered directly to glass or other flat surfaces. The kit ships with a two-sided adhesive pad for screwless installation.
Product Description
Room availability signage often needs to be placed where there is no conventional wall surface, such as the glass partitions and storefront-style entrances common in modern meeting spaces. The SSW-MUMK addresses this by clamping to the inside of a hollow metallic mullion, positioning the sign cleanly at the room entrance without drilling into glass. The bracket can be installed on either the left or right inside surface of the mullion to suit the door swing and sightline. When a mullion is not available, the included two-sided adhesive pad allows the sign to be mounted directly to glass, granite, marble, plaster, smooth stone, masonry, or virtually any other flat surface. This dual mounting approach makes the SSW-MUMK suitable for a wide range of architectural conditions. The accessory is designed specifically for the Crestron SIW-100 indicator and SSW Series hallway signs, preserving the intended appearance and alignment of the device.
