The Crestron SAROS ICI6T-W-T-EACH+ is a Saros Integrator 6.5 in. 2-way in-ceiling speaker in a white textured finish, sold individually. It pairs a 6.5 in. woofer with a wide-dispersion dome tweeter and includes a built-in 30 Watt 70/100V multi-tap transformer for distributed audio systems. Designed for cost-sensitive commercial installations, it suits public address and background music applications. Units are priced individually but must be ordered in multiples of two.

Product Description

The Saros Integrator ICI6T delivers commercial-grade in-ceiling audio for restaurants, retail spaces, convention facilities, airports, and office buildings. Its 6.5 in. woofer and 3/4 in. dome tweeter provide clear background music and intelligible paging across a 110-degree nominal coverage pattern, with a frequency response of 95 Hz to 15 kHz (plus or minus 3 dB). A built-in 30 Watt multi-tap transformer supports 70V and 100V distributed speaker systems, and the tap is set with a screwdriver-adjustable rotary switch on the baffle behind the grille; the transformer can also be bypassed for 8-ohm operation. Unitized, plenum-rated construction simplifies specification and installation in both drop-tile and drywall ceilings. Four integral two-step toggle clamps secure the speaker, and an included tile bridge provides proper support in drop-tile ceilings, adjustable for off-center positioning. An integral metal back can meets the requirements of UL 2043 for installation in environmental air-handling (plenum) spaces, and a built-in cable clamp accommodates one or two 1/2 in. or 3/4 in. flexible conduits. A detachable screw terminal block simplifies wiring and parallel pass-through in multi-speaker runs. A rigging point on top of the enclosure accepts the optional SPKA-ST-15 safety tether kit. The speaker is available in white only.
