The Crestron PW-5430DUS is a high-efficiency power pack that supplies regulated 54VDC power to compatible DigitalMedia blades and presentation systems. It is used with Crestron DMB-4K-I-C and DMB-4K-O-C blades and with DMPS3-4K-350-C and DMPS3-4K-250-C presentation systems to provide PoDM and PoDM+ power to DM 8G+ ports. The desktop unit connects through an attached 6 ft cable with a combo D-Sub 7W2 connector. A green LED indicates power and operation.
Product Description
The PW-5430DUS delivers 2.96 A at 54VDC regulated to drive Power over DigitalMedia on supported equipment. When paired with a DMB-4K blade, it can provide PoDM power (15.4 watts) to all eight DM 8G+ ports, or PoDM+ power (30 watts) to a maximum of four DM 8G+ ports; for blade applications mixing PoDM and PoDM+, total delivered power should not exceed 120 watts. For applications requiring PoDM+ to all eight blade ports, Crestron specifies the DM-PSU-3X8-RPS power supply instead. When used with a DMPS3-4K-350-C or DMPS3-4K-250-C presentation system, the PW-5430DUS provides PoDM and PoDM+ power to each DM 8G+ input and output port, and PoE power (15.4 watts) to the CONTROL SUBNET port. The unit accepts 100-240VAC at 50/60 Hz through an IEC 60320 C14 inlet and ships with a removable power cord. It is housed in a black plastic desktop enclosure and is UL listed for US and Canada, CE, IC, and FCC Part 15 Class B compliant.
