Product Overview
The Crestron PW-4818DU is a 90 W power pack that adds Power over DigitalMedia (PoDM) sourcing capability to DMPS series DigitalMedia Presentation Systems, excluding 4K models. It supplies up to 90 watts of regulated 48VDC power through an attached cable with a 4-pin snap-and-lock connector. The desktop unit accepts universal 100-240V AC input via an IEC 60320 C14 inlet with an included removable cord. It is an optional accessory for enabling PoDM on supported DMPS systems.
Product Description
The PW-4818DU provides the supplemental power required for a DMPS series presentation system to source PoDM to connected DigitalMedia endpoints. It outputs 1.875 A at 48VDC regulated through an attached cable terminating in a 4-pin snap-and-lock male connector, delivering up to 90 watts. The pack draws 1.5 A at 100-240V AC, 50/60 Hz, accommodating worldwide deployments, and ships with a removable power cord for the IEC 60320 C14 inlet. The unit is housed in a black plastic desktop enclosure for placement near the presentation system. It is intended for non-4K DMPS models; for 4K DMPS3 systems and DM 4K blades, refer to the corresponding 54VDC power pack.
