The MPC3-302-W integrates an enterprise-grade 3-Series control processor with a real-time, preemptive multithreaded kernel and a preloaded .AV Framework base program, allowing it to control AV switchers, audio processors, power controllers, and other equipment without a separate rack-mounted processor. It provides ten backlit push buttons that can be labeled with included peel-off labels or custom laser-engravable labels, each backlit white when inactive and blue when active. A rotary volume knob encircled by a blue volume gauge plus dedicated power and mute buttons round out the interface, and all controls are custom programmable. Beyond Ethernet, the controller includes a Cresnet master port for lighting dimmers, shade motors, and sensors, plus onboard bidirectional RS-232, IR/serial, two relay, and two Versiport I/O ports for direct integration with third-party equipment. It supports PoE+ power, enterprise security including 802.1X, Active Directory authentication, SSH, TLS, and HTTPS, native BACnet/IP, and SNMP. The MPC3-302-W integrates with Crestron Fusion software for room monitoring and scheduling and the XiO Cloud service for remote provisioning and management.
