Product Overview
The Crestron BBI-CBF is a recess-mounted steel back box that allows a C2N-CBF-P Cameo keypad to be installed into a concrete or masonry wall. Constructed from mild steel, it provides a secure enclosure where standard hollow-wall mounting is not possible. Conduit knockouts are provided on the top and bottom for cable routing. The back box delivers a clean, flush-mount result in solid-wall construction.
Product Description
The BBI-CBF back box is the dedicated mounting solution for integrating a C2N-CBF-P Cameo keypad into concrete and masonry environments. Because solid walls cannot accept a typical low-voltage mounting bracket, the BBI-CBF provides a steel enclosure that is set into the wall to house the keypad and its wiring. Conduit knockouts on the top and bottom of the box allow Cresnet and control cabling to be routed cleanly through conduit. The mild steel construction provides a rigid, durable foundation for the keypad in commercial and architectural installations. Planning the back box into the rough-in phase of a concrete or masonry project ensures a finished, flush keypad appearance.
