The Crestron HZ2-DIMUEX-W is a Horizon 2 in-wall universal phase dimmer with infiNET EX wireless communication, in White finish with custom laser engraving. It provides auto-load detection for forward and reverse phase dimming to suit incandescent, LED, MLV, and ELV loads up to 600 W/VA, with a white device finish and custom button artwork applied at order.

Product Description

The White (-W) finish provides a standard white device for installations where a clean, unobtrusive appearance is specified. Custom laser-etched button artwork in any Style 1–6 must be provided at time of order via Impress SW, the Crestron Home app, D3Pro, or Crestron Home OS Configurator. All electrical and wireless specifications are identical to other HZ2-DIMUEX variants. Neutral wire and HZ2-FP-G faceplate (sold separately) are required. For ordering, visit creationnetworks.net.

What is the difference between the White (-W) and Alabaster (-A) finishes?

Both are light-colored textured finishes. Alabaster typically has a slightly warmer tone while White is a brighter neutral. Both use the same device housing and have the same electrical specifications. The -W ENGRAVED variant includes custom engraving while the -A standard does not.

When must engraving files be submitted?

Engraving files must be provided at time of order. This is a made-to-order product and artwork cannot be changed after production begins.

Is this dimmer suitable for all LED fixtures?

The HZ2-DIMUEX uses universal phase dimming with auto-load detection and is compatible with most phase-dimmable LED fixtures. For 0-10V LED driver-controlled fixtures, use the HZ2-DIMLVEX instead.
