Crestron HZ2-AUX-BR-BRASS ENGRAVED – Horizon 2 In-Wall Multiway Rem...
Product Overview
The Crestron HZ2-AUX-BR-BRASS ENGRAVED is a custom-engraved in-wall multiway remote for the Crestron Horizon 2 lighting control system, finished in brushed brass. This auxiliary remote allows occupants to control lighting from additional locations in a room, supporting multiway switching without running additional conduit back to the panel. The brushed brass finish pairs with other Horizon 2 brushed brass accessories, and the custom engraving allows button labels to be personalized for the specific lighting scenes or zones controlled at that location.
Product Description
The Horizon 2 system is Crestron's architectural lighting control platform designed for demanding residential and commercial installations. The HZ2-AUX is the auxiliary remote variant that extends control to secondary wall positions such as bedroom entryways, hallway junctions, and multi-door rooms. By connecting via Cresnet or the Horizon 2 network back to the primary dimmer or processor, the auxiliary remote provides full-function scene control without requiring the same wiring infrastructure as a full keypad. Custom engraving on the button caps provides clear identification of lighting scenes or zones at a glance, which is especially valuable in hospitality environments and large residences where multiple scenes are programmed at each location.
