The Crestron HR-310-B is a fully programmable wireless handheld remote in black, designed for residential and commercial AV control via a Crestron infiNET EX system. It features a full backlit button set including transport controls, a 5-way navigation thumbpad, and nine assignable top buttons, all communicating over the infiNET EX 2-way RF mesh network with AES-128 encryption.
Product Description
The HR-310-B is an ergonomic remote that wakes automatically via its built-in accelerometer when picked up. All buttons are fully programmable through the Crestron control system, enabling custom functionality for any AV, lighting, or climate control scenario. The 5-way navigation thumbpad changes color in 4-color mode, and the nine top buttons are replaceable with engraved versions (HR-310-BTN ENGRAVED, sold separately) for labeled source or function assignments. The remote operates on three 1.5 V AAA batteries with an approximate six-month battery life. A compatible infiNET EX gateway (CEN-GWEXER, DIN-AP3MEX, or MC3) is required and sold separately. - Does the HR-310-B charge via USB?
- No. The micro-B USB port on the HR-310-B is used for firmware updates only and does not charge the remote. The remote is battery-powered with three AAA batteries.
- What gateway is required?
- A compatible infiNET EX gateway such as the CEN-GWEXER, DIN-AP3MEX, or MC3 is required and sold separately. The HR-310-B cannot operate without an infiNET EX gateway connected to the Crestron control system.
