Crestron HD-EXT-USB-2000-C – 4K60 HDMI and USB 2.0 Extender over CATx, Compact
Product Overview
The Crestron HD-EXT-USB-2000-C is a compact 4K60 HDMI and USB 2.0 extender over CATx cable, extending both 4K60 HDMI video and USB 2.0 signals over a single Cat5e or Cat6 cable between a source location and a display or UC device location. Designed for conference rooms and collaboration spaces where both HDMI display signal and USB peripherals (cameras, speakerphones, touch interfaces) must be extended between the presenter table and the front-of-room AV rack, or between a UC compute module location and the display position, without separate HDMI and USB extension hardware.
Key Features
- 4K60 HDMI Extension: Extends 4K60 HDMI video signal over Cat5e or Cat6 cable to the display or display wall position.
- USB 2.0 Extension: Simultaneously extends USB 2.0 signals over the same CATx cable — eliminates the need for a separate USB extender alongside the HDMI extender.
- Compact Form Factor: Small transmitter and receiver units for installation at presenter table positions and behind displays without dedicated rack space.
- Single CATx Cable: Both HDMI and USB signals extend over one Cat5e or Cat6 cable run — minimizing cable count between source and display locations.
