The Crestron FT2A-CBLR-1T-4K-USBC-HD is a one-touch retractable cable module for Crestron FT2 ELEC Series FlipTop systems. It provides a USB-C to HDMI active cable with 18 Gbps bandwidth, supporting 4K60 4:4:4, HDR, and HDCP 2.2, with a spring-powered electrically clutched retraction mechanism. The cable extends up to 5 ft (1.5 m) above the table surface and retracts at the press of a button.
Product Description
Designed exclusively for Crestron FT2 ELEC Series FlipTop cable management systems, this retractor drops into two module slots in the FlipTop chassis and connects to the Cresnet bus for remote retraction control. The USB-C connector at the source end converts to HDMI at the sink end using active circuitry, delivering reliable 4K HDR signal quality over the retractable cable run. A front-panel pushbutton with a blue LED indicator actuates retraction; the LED flashes if the cable cannot retract due to tension or obstruction. The under-table retractor enclosure requires a minimum of 11.6 in. (295 mm) vertical clearance and projects 8.4 in. (213 mm) from the side of the FlipTop chassis. Note: this model has a shorter below-table tail of 2.75 ft (0.8 m) compared to standard FT2A retractor models. Not compatible with FT2 MECH Series FlipTops.
