The Crestron DM-NVX-D20 is a compact, fanless 4K60 4:2:0 AV-over-IP decoder — the display-end companion to the DM-NVX-E20 encoder, designed primarily to receive DM-NVX-E20 and DM-NVX-E10 Series streams and output 4K60 4:2:0 HDMI to any connected display. At 8.6W on standard PoE (802.3af), completely fanless, and in a small H: 5.04 in. chassis, it is the most power-efficient and acoustically silent standalone decoder in the DM NVX line — suited to under-display, under-table, and constrained-space decoder installations in digital signage, video distribution, and camera feed display applications.

The DM-NVX-D20 mirrors the DM-NVX-E20 in form and efficiency: the same fanless chassis, same 802.3af PoE power standard, same H: 5.04 in. dimensions, and the same 4:2:0 chroma ceiling. Its stream type defaults to DM-NVX-E20/E10 Series streams, but it also supports 4K60 4:4:4 encoders when content resolution stays within DM-NVX-D20 supported resolutions. The HDMI output delivers 4K60 4:2:0 (4K30 4:4:4 also supported) with Deep Color to any DVI-compatible or HDMI display. The audio output is an unbalanced stereo 3-pin 3.5mm terminal block — simpler than the E30/D30 balanced/unbalanced output — for feeding a local monitor speaker or basic sound system. RS-232 and IR device control are available for display control at the decoder position. Like all DM NVX endpoints, routing is managed by DM NVX Director.
