The Crestron DM-CBL-ULTRA-PC-50 is a 50 ft (15 m) fully shielded CAT6a patch cable designed for use with Crestron DigitalMedia 8G+ (DM 8G+) products, as well as HDBaseT and 10GBase-T Ethernet. It uses a unique PCB-based RJ45 plug design with 360-degree shield coverage for reliable signal transmission. High-performance CAT7 S/FTP stranded cable helps eliminate alien crosstalk. Every DM Ultra patch cable is 100% factory tested.
Product Description
The DM-CBL-ULTRA-PC is engineered as a high-performance Category 6A patch cable for Crestron DigitalMedia structured cabling systems. Pairing it with other Crestron DM Ultra cabling products supports reliable distribution of Ethernet data and uncompressed 4K/60 video. Its innovative PCB-based plug design optimizes signal tuning for exceptional transmission, and advanced contact technology reduces variability and improves reliability compared with traditional crimp-type plugs. Category 7 S/FTP stranded cable provides 360-degree shield coverage and helps eliminate alien crosstalk, while a low-profile, snag-resistant boot with robust strain and bend relief eases handling in dense racks and pathways. A cantilevered latch improves accessibility when connecting and disconnecting. The cable is rated for 10GBase-T Ethernet, HDBaseT, and DM 8G+ applications, and it is compatible with IEEE 802.3at PoE and PoE+. The conductors are 26 AWG 7x32 stranded tinned copper in a CM, LSZH jacket with a blue finish and a nominal 0.25 in. (6.35 mm) outer diameter. Every DM Ultra patch cable is 100% factory tested to ensure full performance and compliance. This model is the 50 ft (15 m) length; the cable is offered in eight lengths from 1.5 to 50 ft.
