The CM2-DIMEX adds forward-phase dimming capability to a Cameo 2 installation, extending the system to cover additional incandescent or halogen circuits within the same Cameo 2 multi-function wall station or standalone configuration. Forward-phase (leading-edge) dimming is the traditional TRIAC-based method that provides reliable performance with resistive and inductive load types including incandescent, tungsten halogen, and MLV transformer loads. Engraved button caps are pre-installed for immediate deployment after programming. As a Cameo 2 module, it connects via Cresnet to the Crestron processor for integration with scene control, scheduling, and full automation workflows.
