Product Overview
The Crestron CLTI-2DIM8 is a high-voltage wiring terminal block designed for use with the CLXI-2DIM8 lighting control module inside Crestron CAEN or CAENIB automation enclosures. It provides eight dimmer circuit outputs and two feed inputs (LINE + NEUTRAL), supporting incandescent, magnetic low-voltage, neon/cold cathode, and dimmable two-wire fluorescent loads. Maximum load capacity is 16A per controlled circuit and 16A per group of four circuits.
Product Description
In Crestron centralized lighting control architectures, the CLXI-2DIM8 dimming module handles the control logic while the CLTI-2DIM8 terminal block handles the high-voltage wiring connections in the enclosure. The terminal block mounts on DIN rail inside the automation enclosure, providing color-coded screw terminals, printed labels, and bypass jumpers for organized, inspectable wiring. This separation of high-voltage wiring from the control module simplifies installation, inspection, and servicing. The CLTI-2DIM8 is the wiring accessory counterpart to the CLXI-2DIM8 module; both are required for a complete installation and are sold separately. A CAEN or CAENIB automation enclosure is also required and sold separately.
