The QSC SLMTP-64 is a perpetual Q-SYS software license that adds up to 64 channels of multi-track audio playback capacity to a compatible Q-SYS Core processor. It is the fixed 64-channel multi-track playback option for systems running Q-SYS Designer v9.x or earlier, and is compatible with the Core 510i and Core 5200. A Q-SYS Media Drive must be installed in the Core to activate multi-track playback. This license suits installations with large background music programs, multi-zone playback, or theatrical and broadcast-style content delivery where the base playback channel count is insufficient.
Product Description
Multi-track playback lets a Q-SYS Core play back many independent audio files simultaneously — for example, separate program streams to multiple zones, or multi-channel theatrical and show audio. The SLMTP-64 raises playback capacity to 64 channels on Core 510i and Core 5200 processors that have an installed Media Drive. On systems running Q-SYS Designer v10.0 or later, QSC’s stackable SLMTP-32 license is the current path to expand playback channels. Media storage for playback is provided by a media drive such as the QSC MD-110 Media Drive Kit, and the license is applied to a Core such as the Q-SYS Core 510i.
