In a Microsoft Teams Rooms deployment the console on the table is what users actually touch, and CS-T10-TS-L+ is the First Light table-stand Cisco Room Navigator certified for that role. Cisco lists the Room Navigator as a certified Microsoft Teams Rooms Console as well as a certified Microsoft Teams Panel, so the same hardware family covers both the in-room console and the door-side booking display. The panel is a 10.1-inch 1920 x 1200 capacitive touch display on PoE 802.3af Class 0, with a 180-degree rotating interface for centre-table placement. It is current Cisco product.

Dual-platform certification is the reason this panel gets specified in estates that are not purely Cisco. The same part number drives native RoomOS call control on Cisco Room Series, Board Series and Desk Series endpoints, and serves as the console for Microsoft Teams Rooms deployments, against a documented minimum of RoomOS 9.14.3 or later on the paired device.

The table version is built for shared tables. It measures 2.8 x 9.53 x 6.42 in. (7.1 x 24.2 x 16.3 cm) and weighs 1.39 lb (0.63 kg), the display surface is anti-glare and anti-fingerprint, and the user interface rotates 180 degrees when the unit is tilted so it can be read from either side of a boardroom table without being moved.

Cabling is one Ethernet (RJ-45) 100 Mbps run carrying both power and data. Cisco publishes 802.1X authentication, HTTPS and SSH management, SRTP with AES-128-GCM or AES-256-GCM and WPA3-Enterprise with CCMP128 for the panel, which covers most enterprise onboarding requirements. Consoles and controllers are grouped in device and room control; door-side booking variants sit under room scheduling.
