Product Description
The PTZ 4K camera is the reason to choose this part number over a Quad Camera bundle. It delivers 1920 x 1080 at 60 fps or 3840 x 2160 at 30 fps, pans +/- 170 degrees, tilts from -20 to +90 degrees, and presents a 70-degree horizontal field of view with focus from 1.0 m to infinity at F2.0 to 3.8. Control is Visca over IP on the LAN port with video carried over HDMI 2.0, and the camera supports PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at) as well as a 12V/3A supply. PresenterTrack with digital cropping follows a presenter inside a defined zone, which is the behaviour instructional rooms usually need.
Because there is no radio, the room is cabled throughout. Cisco lists Miracast as unavailable on non-radio versions, so presentation runs over the three HDMI inputs at up to 3840 x 2160 at 30 fps, the USB-C input at up to 4K30, or USB-C passthrough that hands a laptop the room camera, microphone and speakers on one cable. All four PoE++ Ethernet ports remain available for camera control, the Room Navigator and AV-over-IP peripherals.
