Product Overview

This is the narrowest specification in the Board Pro 75 range: current generation, no radio, customized model, spare service unit. Every one of those markers reduces how quickly it can be sourced.

That is the argument for stocking it rather than ordering it on failure, particularly for organisations whose large secure rooms carry a fixed timetable.

Cisco's datasheet marks Wi-Fi 6/6E as not available in non-radio versions and Bluetooth 5.2 as not available on the No-Radio model.

TAA status needs checking separately. The distributor description references TAA, and Cisco's published designation for a TAA-compliant Board Pro is the ++ suffix, so the order documentation is the authority on this point.

Product Description

The room this SKU serves is a configured, wireless-free briefing space, and the value of an exact-match spare is that it restores three things at once: the physical build, the approved equipment list and the audio design.

The audio design in particular is worth calling out. Cisco states the internal 14-element array is optimised to 4 metres (13 ft), so most rooms at this screen size run Cisco IP conferencing microphones over the audio-over-IP Ethernet port. The G3 supports up to eight, and AES67 is available under the L-BARPRO-AV AV Integrator License.

Re-enrolment on a managed network is supported by documented certificate handling: SUDI, Manufacturer Installed Certificate and Locally Significant Certificates with X.509 keys of 2048, 3072 or 4096 bits, alongside 802.1X authentication by passphrase or client certificate.

The physical swap reuses the room, with the existing mount retained and the Cisco Room Navigator re-pairing over the 802.3af PoE port with its 15.4 W budget. Board-only weight on the G3 is 64.5 kg, and the main unit package measures 1974 x 242 x 1303 mm for storage and transport.

Wired content paths continue as before: USB-C DisplayPort Alternate Mode at 4Kp60, an HDCP-compatible HDMI 2.0 type A input at 4Kp30 and one HDMI 2.0 type A output at 4Kp60. Confirm the configured contents and the licence position when ordering. Supporting hardware is in display mounts and microphones.

Key Features

  • Exact-match configured spare — No-radio build, customized model and spare designation together restore a deployed room precisely.
  • Radios not fitted — Cisco lists Wi-Fi 6/6E as not available in non-radio versions and Bluetooth 5.2 as not available on the No-Radio model.
  • Supply-risk mitigation — A configured, wireless-free, 75-inch board is not stock anywhere, so holding one converts an outage into a scheduled visit.
  • Audio design restored — Up to eight Cisco IP conferencing microphones over the audio-over-IP port, with AES67 under the L-BARPRO-AV license.
  • Managed re-enrolment — SUDI, Manufacturer Installed Certificate and Locally Significant Certificates are documented for the G3.
  • Storage and handling data — 64.5 kg board-only and a 1974 x 242 x 1303 mm package size determine where the spare can be kept.

Typical Applications

  • Government space — Configured secure briefing rooms are restored inside their approved equipment list.
  • Boardroom — Executive spaces in restricted facilities avoid a multi-week outage.
  • Conference room — Large configured secure rooms across an estate share one central spare.
  • Training room — Controlled teaching spaces at 75-inch scale keep their documented build.
