Product Overview
Rollouts of 75-inch boards live or die on delivery logistics, and the configuration decided at order stage is what governs them. CS-BRDP75-G3-K9-- is Cisco's customized-model part number for the Board Pro 75 G3.
The double hyphen appears in Cisco's G2 and G3 ordering tables as the customized-model designation, and what it includes is defined by the order rather than by the SKU.
The board is the current 75-inch platform: an ADS LCD panel at 1:1200 contrast, dual 48 MP camera sensors, a 14-element beamforming microphone array and audio over IP for up to eight Cisco IP conferencing microphones.
Cisco publishes a board-only weight of 64.5 kg for the G3, lighter than the 72 kg of the earlier generations.
Product Description
The configuration that most affects a large rollout is mounting. Cisco removes the wall mount kit from the carton when a floor stand or wall stand is selected, so a programme that changes its mind mid-rollout ends up with a mixed inventory and a set of rooms that cannot be maintained the same way.
The published package sizes are the numbers a delivery plan is built on: main unit 1974 x 242 x 1303 mm, wall mount kit 1658 x 223 x 117 mm, floor stand kit 1505 x 1064 x 199 mm and wheel upgrade kit 858 x 328 x 99 mm. Mounting weights are 5.8 kg, 10 kg, 32.5 kg and 5.5 kg for the wall mount, wall stand adapter kit, floor stand and wheel base respectively.
Room-side integration is standard G3. One 10/100/1000 Ethernet LAN port, an 802.3af PoE port with a 15.4 W budget for a Cisco Room Navigator, an external camera control port and an audio-over-IP port with AES67 available under the L-BARPRO-AV license. Content arrives over USB-C DisplayPort Alternate Mode at 4Kp60 or HDMI 2.0 type A at 4Kp30, with one HDMI 2.0 type A output at 4Kp60.
Software options are ordered separately and should be included in the configuration decision: L-BOARD-RM for remote monitoring, L-BOARD-MS for embedded multisite and L-BARPRO-AV for AV integration.
Platform support is Webex, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom for Cisco Rooms, H.323, SIP, WebRTC and BYOD using USB-C passthrough, from RoomOS June or RoomOS 26.7.2. Related hardware is in display mounts, equipment carts and cases and large room solutions.
Key Features
- Customized-model designation — Cisco lists the double-hyphen suffix in the Board Pro G2 and G3 ordering tables for special-configuration orders.
- Complete package-size data — Main unit, wall mount kit, floor stand kit and wheel upgrade kit package dimensions are published for the G3, which drives delivery planning.
- Lighter 75-inch chassis — A 64.5 kg board-only weight on the G3 reduces structural loading and handling effort.
- Current-generation audio — Audio over IP for up to eight Cisco IP conferencing microphones, with AES67 under the L-BARPRO-AV license.
- Documented software options — L-BOARD-RM, L-BOARD-MS and L-BARPRO-AV are ordered separately and belong in the configuration decision.
- Repeatable across a long rollout — One configured part number keeps deliveries identical from the first room to the last.
Typical Applications
- Conference room — Multi-site programmes receive one agreed build in every medium conference room.
- Boardroom — Executive spaces with defined mounting requirements are ordered to specification.
- Training room — Teaching estates standardising on the current generation avoid per-site variation.
- Multi-purpose room — Rooms needing a stand or a mobile build are configured at order rather than on site.
