Product Overview
Secure medium rooms need the capability of a full video bar without a radio in the chassis, and CS-BARPRO-NR-K9 is the Cisco Room Bar Pro built that way. Cisco states that Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are not available on non-radio versions, which removes the Wi-Fi 6E tri-band radio and makes the endpoint deployable where wireless emitters are barred. Everything wired remains: three HDMI outputs to 3840 x 2160 at 60 fps, dual 48 MP cameras, a 16-element beamforming array and AES67 audio-over-IP expansion. Cisco lists a Room Navigator for Table in the box.
Product Description
Establish what the radio removal costs before the room is designed. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Bluetooth Low Energy are absent, which takes Miracast sharing with them and leaves Apple AirPlay dependent on Bonjour service discovery rather than Bluetooth discovery. The bar therefore takes its network on the 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet LAN port, which is Cisco's recommended connection in any case.
Nothing else in the specification is reduced. The dual camera pairs a 112 degree wide-angle lens with a 70 degree tele-lens on 48 MP sensors, with motorized tilt from -2 to 20 degrees and a native reach of 4 m for a single-person frame and 7 m for a two-person frame, extended by AI virtual lens to 5.5 m and 8 m. The three-channel loudspeaker system covers 70 Hz to 22 kHz at up to 97 dB maximum SPL.
For microphone coverage in a room where the array's four-metre optimisation is not enough, two dedicated 802.3af PoE ports with a 15.4 W budget each carry up to eight Cisco IP microphones over structured cabling, and third-party AES67 devices with the AV Integrator License.
