Product Overview
Whether a Room Navigator ships in the box is the single most useful thing to establish about this SKU, because it changes both the price and what the integrator has to order separately. The distributor lists CS-BARPRO-L-UK9 as a standalone unit; Cisco's Room Bar Pro documentation lists a Cisco Room Navigator for Table in First Light among the box contents and publishes no standalone or Navigator-bundle variants for this product. Confirm which applies to your order. The endpoint itself is the current Room Bar Pro for medium meeting spaces and training rooms.
Product Description
Assume nothing on the control surface and the rest of the design follows easily. The bar provides three 802.3af PoE ports with a 15.4 W budget each: one dedicated to direct Room Navigator pairing and two for AV-over-IP peripherals. If a Navigator is supplied, the 8 m Ethernet cable in the box reaches the table or wall position; if not, both the panel and its cable become separate line items.
The room capability is what justifies a Room Bar Pro over the smaller Room Bar. Three HDMI outputs at up to 3840 x 2160 at 60 fps support three screens for video and content. Dual 48 MP cameras combine a 112 degree wide-angle lens with a 70 degree tele-lens at f/1.85, reaching 4 m for a single-person frame and 7 m for two, extended by AI virtual lens to 5.5 m and 8 m. The three-channel loudspeaker system runs 70 Hz to 22 kHz at up to 97 dB.
Microphone coverage scales beyond the internal 16-element array's four-metre optimisation over AES67: up to eight Cisco IP microphones on the two PoE ports, or eight third-party AES67 digital microphones with the AV Integrator License (L-BARPRO-AV). Cisco notes a PoE-compatible switch may be required depending on count. Compare bars in video bars and audio expansion in conference audio systems.
Power is from a built-in supply at 100 to 240 VAC with a country-specific cord, averaging 20 W in use, 12.7 W in networked standby and 1 W in standby. Complete medium-room designs are listed under medium room solutions.
Key Features
- Navigator inclusion to be confirmed — The distributor lists this as a standalone unit while Cisco's documentation lists a Room Navigator for Table in the box, so establish what ships before quoting a control surface.
- Three-screen support — Three HDMI outputs at up to 3840 x 2160 at 60 fps drive three displays for video and content, covering a dual-display room plus a content or signage screen without an external codec.
- Dual 48 MP camera system — A 112 degree wide-angle lens and a 70 degree tele-lens, both on 48 MP sensors with motorized tilt between -2 and 20 degrees, cover the room and then frame the speaker without cropping quality away.
- AI virtual lens zoom enhancement — Software zoom extends usable speaker-view reach to 5.5 m for a single-person frame and 8 m for a two-person frame in long, narrow rooms, against a native reach of 4 m and 7 m.
- AES67 audio-over-IP expansion — Two dedicated 802.3af PoE ports with a 15.4 W budget each carry audio over IP for up to eight Cisco IP microphones or eight third-party AES67 digital microphones over structured cabling.
- AV Integrator licence for third-party audio — Cisco's AV Integrator License (L-BARPRO-AV) enables third-party IP microphones over AES67, so the bar integrates with an existing DSP or networked audio system.
- Three-channel loudspeaker system — Three full-range drivers with a mechanically balanced dual woofer section deliver 70 Hz to 22 kHz at up to 97 dB maximum sound pressure level with directional audio.
- Built-in power supply — An internal power supply removes the external brick, simplifying installation, reducing packaging and easing cable management behind the display.
- Office hours power scheduling — Configurable office-hours mode forces standby outside preset hours and half-wake at the start of the day, against 1 W standby and 12.7 W networked standby.
- Dual-platform registration — The same hardware runs native RoomOS for Webex with Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet interoperability, or the native Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android application.
Typical Applications
- Conference room — Cisco positions the Room Bar Pro for medium-sized meeting spaces, with a microphone array optimised for people seated within four metres of the device.
- Training room — Three HDMI outputs and presenter tracking with the Cisco PTZ 4K Camera cover a presenter, the material and remote participants at the same time.
- Boardroom — Dual cameras with AI virtual lens reach and a three-channel loudspeaker system at up to 97 dB suit a longer table where participants sit well back from the display.
- Multi-purpose room — Meeting Zone framing perimeters and up to three screens let one room switch between meeting, briefing and presentation use without reconfiguration.
- Commercial meeting space — Managed offices and client-facing suites get a single-box medium-room endpoint managed centrally in Control Hub with occupancy and environment reporting.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does a Room Navigator ship with this SKU?
The distributor lists this part number as a standalone unit. Cisco's own Room Bar Pro documentation lists a Cisco Room Navigator for Table in First Light in the box and publishes no standalone variant for this product, so the two records disagree. Confirm with Creation Networks whether a Navigator is included before you decide to order a control surface separately.
How many displays can it drive?
Three. Cisco publishes 3x HDMI outputs supporting formats up to 3840 x 2160 at 60 fps with CEC 2.0, touchscreen compatible when used with the USB-A inputs for touch signalling. Only one 1.5 m HDMI cable ships in the box, so order cables for the second and third screens separately.
What size room does the Room Bar Pro suit?
Cisco publishes no headline room-size rating, describing it for medium-sized meeting spaces, medium meeting rooms and training rooms. The internal microphone array is optimised for people seated within four metres, and Cisco recommends the furthest participant be within six metres for optimal speaker tracking.
How are additional microphones added?
Two dedicated 802.3af PoE ports with a 15.4 W budget each support audio over IP for up to eight Cisco IP microphones or eight third-party AES67 digital microphones. Cisco notes a PoE-compatible switch may be required depending on microphone count, and that third-party AES67 microphones need the AV Integrator License (L-BARPRO-AV).
What call-control platforms does it register to?
Native RoomOS for Webex managed in Control Hub with interoperability for Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet; the native Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android application; or on-premises registration to Cisco Unified Communications Manager 12.5(1) or later with the Room Bar Pro device pack, to Expressway, or to third-party H.323 gatekeepers and standards-based SIP proxies.
How is the Room Bar Pro powered?
From a built-in power supply at 100 to 240 VAC, 50/60 Hz using a country-specific power cord. There is no external brick and no PoE input. Cisco publishes an average draw of 20 W, 12.7 W networked standby and 1 W standby.
What software version is required?
RoomOS 11.5.1.x or later for native Webex meetings and interoperability with Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet. On-premises deployments are supported from RoomOS 11.5.2.x.
What warranty applies?
Cisco publishes a 1-year limited liability warranty for the Room Bar Pro. Warranty is handled per Cisco's standard terms for this product class — contact Creation Networks to confirm coverage for your order.
