Beyond geometry, Mystique adds automated color and brightness uniformity: with version 2.5 or later and a single color camera, the system matches color and brightness across the array at a click (supported on Boxer 4K30, Mirage 304K, Griffyn 4K32-RGB, D4K40-RGB, Mirage 4K40-RGB, Mirage SST, and Mirage SST-6P; results are bounded by the lowest-performing projector). Background compensation uses the color camera to detect contrast differences on the projection surface and automatically corrects for smudges, dirt, or surface anomalies. The optional Christie Guardian feature continuously monitors a blended system and re-calibrates invisibly in real time if misalignment is detected — even while content plays.
